i'm competing for the first time in ballroom dancing. for the open back dresses, what are you supposed to do about the bra? thanks where can i get these?

If the dress has an extremely low back you have to either sew cups or a lining into the dress or find a bra with a clear back strap (which does show, so its not preferable)
