- What are some brands of shoes that look nice but can be worn for serious ballroom, salsa and swing dance?
I am interested in brands other than those that identify themselves as "dance shoes" (like Capezio). For exaple, I found a pair of Kenneth Cole pumps that look great and are sooooo comfortable; I can dance in them (vigorously) for hours. Any serious dancers out there with suggestions?

The ones I have now are from Capezio and are worn out and a little small. I'm a size 6. I do not mind pricing, I just need nice ones! Thanks! OH, and I need 3-inch heel! Thanks! The shoes before were a size 4.5. Oh and sorry if my American sizing aren't right, I'm not that familiar with it. I'm not American. I dance quickstep and paso doble; if that matters.
A Try http://dance-america.com/. I am a professional dancer and have used both dance naturals and ray rose. The ones I currently use are ray rose and I find them very comfortable. It also helps that you don't have to "break them in" very much and are very flexible. If your feet are more on the narrow side I would recommend dance naturals as they tend to run more narrow than ray rose. I have been dancing for over 15 years and have tried almost all of the brands. I find that Capezio falls apart very easily.
